Now call me old fashioned but I thought it was traditional for the home captain to buy the umpires a drink after the game as a thank you for getting up at some ungodly hour in order to see fair play. Aside from a pint a few weeks ago from a very embarrassed Nige, it has been a bit like the Gobi Desert this season from most sides (confirmed by Martin). Anyway the total owed personally to date is as follows:

4th XI – 2 pts
Barnstormers – 1 pt
Ladies – 1pt
No doubt Martin is owed a similar amount……
